The event will feature parallel sessions with presentations organized as thematic panels.
Three parallel panels will take place, each addressing topics aligned with the themes included in the conference scope. These parallel panels are scheduled for February 25, 2025, from 16:00 to 17:30 (São Paulo time).
Participants interested in presenting their discussion in a panel format must adhere to the following guidelines:
1 – Submission Requirements
Submit the following information by January 15th, 2025, to the event Organizing Committee email (cigar2025@usp.br):
2 – Panel Structure
The participants can freely structure the panels. They may include a general presentation on a specific theme, an academic research presentation (in progress or previously published), or a presentation of practical intervention experiences in different countries.
3 – Panel Organization
Panel organization is the responsibility of the proposer.
4 – Panel Topics
The topics addressed in the panel must fall within the following themes:
5 – On-Site Participation Requirement
At least one of the panel authors must commit to attending the event in person to deliver the presentation.
6 – Languages
Panels may be conducted in Portuguese, English, or Spanish. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
The conference organizing committee will review proposals, and confirmations will be sent by January 23rd 2025.
